NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Memberships to join our client in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $70-$90K +bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Business development skills or other background associated with building community
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, plus 10+ years of working experience in a related field
- Strong coaching skills demonstrated by a track record of positive testimonials from employees, companies, etc.
- Preferred experience within the startup industry, such as a tech accelerator/ incubator, venture capital fund, or early-stage startup.
- Preferred experience in and connections within the Florida/Tampa Bay entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Preferred experience raising capital as a member of a founding team for a tech startup.
