NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Finance & Systems to join our client’s team in Longwood, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100,000–$115,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong nonprofit finance experience
• Accounting/financial operations background
• Knowledge of ASC 958
• Experience managing financials for a growing organization
• Systems and IT aptitude—software and hardware
• Ability to analyze financial data for decision-making
• Hands-on leadership style
• Comfortable working around children with autism in active environments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage audit and nonprofit accounting compliance
• Oversee finance team including a Finance Coordinator and Billing Specialists
• Manage financial systems, technology infrastructure, and integrations
• Improve reporting and data visibility
• Manage vendors and technology systems, troubleshoot issues, and assess organizational needs
• Develop scalable processes for future expansion
• Partner with leadership on growth strategies
