NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director od Recruitment to join our client’s team in Clearwater, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $75-$85K + bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
• Experience with JazzHR a plus
• Experience with aviation recruiting a plus
• Determine what sites to syndicate job postings to by role
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Build standard job descriptions
• Create interview templates
• Build out candidate scoring
• Conduct interviews and manage candidates / hiring managers through the process
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Direct experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource
Management Systems (HRMS)
