NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Financial Services Operations Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have at least 1 year of banking experience
• Strong data entry skills with a minimum score of 5500 KPH and 85% accuracy on assessment
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process financial documents and transactions with accuracy and compliance
• Make occasional outbound calls to support operations
• Respond to email inquiries and assist with requests for information
• Handle simple customer inquiries and maintain files and records
• Organize daily work schedules based on shifting priorities
• Follow procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• Develop technical skills through ongoing training and coaching
• Process forms, internal transfers, and distributions
• Review client requests for corrections and advise on resolutions
• Stay informed on rules and regulations, utilizing internal and external resources
• Communicate and resolve issues with internal departments
