NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a General Manager to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is an Onsite Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $220,000-$260,000 base (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Manufacturing operations leadership experience in a multi-product environment with custom or constantly changing products
• Customer-facing experience, interfacing with executive-level and high-caliber stakeholders
• Experience in advanced manufacturing, robotics, additive manufacturing, or other highly technical production environments
• Proven experience leading operators and production teams
• Strong background in process development and continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the day-to-day operations.
• Drive operational excellence, including throughput, quality, and profitability
• Establish scalable operating procedures, standards, and repeatable processes
• Lead, coach, and develop production and operations teams
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as uptime, throughput, inventory, and efficiency
• Partner with engineering and technical teams to implement advanced manufacturing technologies
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships and oversee inventory planning
• Build operational infrastructure to support future facility expansion
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Manage budgets, resources, and overall operational performance
• Transform a fast-growing facility into a repeatable model for future sites
