NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Manager – Cybersecurity & Compliance Advisory & Managed Services to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $120,000 – $160,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Active professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27000 LA, PCI QSA, HITRUST CCSFP, CCP, or CCA
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk advisory, including audits, assessments, and program management
• Experience with FedRAMP and CMMC compliance, including readiness assessments, control validation, and client advisory support
• Proven ability to independently manage client engagements from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage cybersecurity and compliance assessments aligned with standards like NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC, ISO, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, and CCPA
• Analyze security controls, document findings, risks, and recommend remediation actions
• Prepare and present assessment reports and strategic recommendations to clients
• Support the development and maintenance of client cybersecurity and compliance programs
• Guide clients through audit readiness activities and ongoing compliance efforts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to execute projects and support client objectives
• Mentor junior team members on assessment techniques, client communication, and cybersecurity concepts
• Contribute to process improvements, develop reusable tools, and support business development activities
