NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our client’s team. This is a remote contract position. Candidate must sit on EST time zone.
SALARY: $45-$50/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- SaaS onboarding and implementation experience
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Experience with deployments and go-lives
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering
- Willingness to travel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead client onboarding and implementation efforts
- Travel to client sites for go-live support and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with engineering to ensure successful deployments
- Manage client expectations and communication
- Identify gaps and improve onboarding processes
