NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Product Owner to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $55-$65 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Manufacturing experience, preferably with configurable or make-to-order products
• ERP implementation experience in Order Management, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
• Experience leading enterprise integration projects
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
• Agile delivery experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own product backlog and roadmap for CPQ and integration initiatives
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams
• Define business processes, user journeys, and integration needs
• Partner with developers, architects, and implementation teams to deliver solutions
• Drive stakeholder alignment and successful project execution
