Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + 3-5% bonus (permanent)
- Hourly Rate: $70 – $85/hour (contract)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the architecture and solution design of large-scale enterprise applications
- Collaborate with multiple development teams and global partners, including offshore teams in India
- Drive modernization efforts while ensuring operational stability
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards and enterprise frameworks
- Participate in governance and digital technology deployment projects
- Troubleshoot complex issues, provide technical guidance, and validate new technologies through proof-of-concept demonstrations
- Support the development teams by mentoring and guiding best practices in microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture
What You Need:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in application architecture or related field
- Proven leadership in large-scale software solutions and modernization projects
- Expertise in modern architecture patterns including microservices, cloud, event-driven, and domain-driven design
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, MongoDB, data synchronization (CDC), and modern Java technologies like Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise/IT transformations
- Global/offshore collaboration experience
- Background in Java engineering and cloud environments (AWS)
