NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $50-$55/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of technology project management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple enterprise projects
- Ability to handle project scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively
- Skilled in measuring project performance using appropriate tools
- Experience leading project meetings and providing detailed status reports
- Proficiency in maintaining project documentation in PMO systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage 4-5 enterprise projects from initiation to completion
- Control project scope, schedule, and budget, applying verification techniques
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report progress
- Document project status and escalate issues as needed
- Define project scope, requirements, and objectives collaboratively
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for successful project delivery
- Develop and track project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary
- Perform risk assessments to minimize project risks
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and templates
- Mentor team members to ensure PMO standards are met
