NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager – Execution & Governance to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $65-$85 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of project management experience within financial services, asset management, banking, brokerage, or securities operations
• PMP certification
• Strong experience with Google Smartsheet
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Program Manager in coordinating overall program execution across workstreams, projects, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, dependency maps, milestones, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate program governance routines, including status meetings, updates, decision forums, and risk reviews
• Prepare clear, concise project reports for stakeholders and senior leadership
• Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Partner with workstream leads to ensure deliverables, timelines, and risks are actively managed
• Support intake, prioritization, and planning for related projects
• Maintain accurate project documentation and artifacts for governance and audit requirements
• Apply established project management methodologies, including change control, issue tracking, and risk management
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate meetings to drive progress and accountability
• Manage project plans, dashboards, risks, issues, and documentation using Smartsheet and other tools
