NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Contract position.
SALARY: $65-$69 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software project or delivery management.
• 5+ years of Scrum Master or similar Agile role experience.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks; exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus.
• Experience using Kanban boards and continuous-flow delivery practices.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timely and quality results.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the main liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team productivity.
• Maintain dashboards to track team velocity, cycle time, and impediments for visibility.
• Apply Kanban practices to visualize workflow and improve delivery flow.
• Support the product owner with backlog management and request prioritization.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to leadership.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business partners.
