What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and improve core payment infrastructure for a Buy Now, Pay Later platform.
- Lead software engineering projects from initial design through implementation and delivery.
- Apply domain-driven design principles to create scalable, maintainable systems.
- Develop and support software in a .NET/C# environment.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Take ownership of engineering problems and create effective processes or practices when none currently exist.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders and developers to deliver reliable solutions during periods of significant business growth.
What You Need
Required
- 10+ years of software engineering or software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects that included significant design responsibilities.
- Professional experience with .NET and C#.
- Ability to explain and apply domain-driven design concepts.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong ownership, curiosity, and a builder-oriented approach to engineering.
Preferred
- Experience working in a small or midsize company environment.
- Background building payment, financial technology, or other high-scale transactional systems.
