NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Site Experience Team Lead to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Hospitality and customer service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and highly organized
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities
• HS Diploma or GED
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide high-level hospitality, event coordination, and administrative support
• Foster a welcoming, professional environment for employees, guests, and vendors
• Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue sourcing, setup, and teardown
• Oversee catering, AV, and vendor management for events
• Manage mail operations, shipments, and office supplies
• Support administrative programs, operational projects, and process improvements
• Provide backup support for facilities, security, and onsite duties as needed
