NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a remote, 12-month contract position.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Experience with projects that involve Azure/Synapse environment for data management and prep, as well as Power BI for reporting layer.
o Complete bi-weekly scorecards and financial reports (capital Labor and OTL) for assigned project and report project status to IT Leadership and members of the IT Project Management Office.
o Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Computer Science, or related degree with 7 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, 10 years related experience required.
o Minimum of 7 years of project management wherein tasks, job duties, and roles over the years demonstrate growth and/or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.
o Demonstrated driver of solutions with proven ability to collaborate with others to achieve the objectives of an assignment or project.
o Experience facilitating meetings in support of projects.
o Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications, and presentation skills.
o Strong analytical, decision making, planning and facilitation skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
o Able to run projects and implement solutions involving complex requirements and multiple IT systems with little or no guidance.
o Working knowledge and experience with project management processes, principles, and tools
o Experience managing resources assigned to complete tasks on a project.
o Managed multiple stages of projects including, but not limited to, initiating a business case or project charter, creating work plans and resources plans, identifying risks, defining, and implementing change management.
– Preferred Qualifications
o PMP Certification
o Experience running a project that implements a cloud solution with integrations to internal company applications.
o Experience leading projects using the Agile scrum and waterfall project management methodologies.
