NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technology & Product Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $120,000-150,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, or a similar role
- Proven experience writing, shipping, and evaluating production code
- Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) with ability to assess and troubleshoot outputs
- Experience managing or collaborating with external development teams or vendors
- Proficiency with modern web stacks and cloud infrastructure, including APIs, data models, integrations, and deployment
- Security-minded with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Interest in venture capital, startups, and AI-driven software development
