NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our client’s team in Remote. This is a Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $230,000 – $270,000 base (depending on experience), with a total compensation range of $350,000 – $380,000 (roughly $100,000 – $120,000 bonus), plus equity.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of Customer Success experience
• Recent experience in scaling startups or hyper-growth companies
• Background in legal tech, HVAC, or similar SMB professional services—not e-commerce or solely SaaS
• Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing and impact on PPC, SEO, and site performance
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), with excellent communication skills for external client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
• Improve internal team efficiency over scaling through hiring
• Collaborate with clients to optimize AI-driven marketing strategies for lead generation
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and professional service clients
• Adapt to rapid changes in the startup environment and current SaaS metrics, focusing on churn reduction and customer retention
• Lead a team of 6 Customer Success Managers and an Implementation team
