NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $35-$45 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–8+ years of accounting experience at the Senior Accountant level
- Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
- Support for journal entries and account reconciliations
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Halo or QuickBooks
- Ability to work effectively in unstructured or changing environments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in cleaning up historical accounting inconsistencies
- Execute accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies or errors
- Collaborate with the interim controller to implement improved workflows
