NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our client’s team in Oldsmar, FL. This is a Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $120,000 – $140,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 6–7+ years of experience with managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and manufacturing accounting processes
• Understanding of IFRS standards
• Experience with M&A activities, including acquisitions or being part of an acquired company
• Proven ability to manage tax filings and multi-state income taxes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with state income taxes
• Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
• Lead finance operations and support leadership decision-making
• Ensure adherence to GAAP financial processes and procedures
• Support and improve financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closes
• Partner with operations to identify cost drivers and variances
• Oversee inventory valuation, excess inventory reduction, and standard costing
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and cash management
• Manage cash flow forecasting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Lead ERP system management and support system upgrades and process improvements
• Supervise and develop accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams
