NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a ServiceNow Software Developer (ITSM Release Mgmt / DPR Support) to join our client’s team. This is an Remote, Contract position.
SALARY: $75-$85/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and development
• Strong ServiceNow platform expertise, including ITSM—specifically Change and Release Management
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Service Catalog development
• Knowledge of CMDB and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Experience supporting sustainment and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow implementations
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement changes and advance ITSM Change and Release Management maturity
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency and automate workflows
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows/flows, APIs, and other assigned capabilities
• Develop and maintain unit tests as part of the development cycle
• Maintain Knowledge Articles tied to assigned functionality
• Collaborate with process owners, product managers, release managers, and technical teams to deliver enhancements that support business objectives
• Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate on enhancements to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and DPR
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
