NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Transitions Technology Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $90,000–$110,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5-7+ years of experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, or MoneyGuide
• Polished and professional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own the technology onboarding process for new Network Partners, from pre-launch to post-launch
• Configure, test, and document systems, workflows, and best practices
• Serve as the primary technical contact throughout transition lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate system readiness and streamline workflows
• Advise and assist partners with platform adoption and transition processes
• Host training sessions and implementation calls
• Travel onsite to set up systems, train staff, troubleshoot, and support transition events
• Maintain documentation, including workflow guides and training materials
• Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams during transitions
• Provide real-time onsite support during go-live events, including troubleshooting and follow-up
