NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s team in Oldsmar, FL. This is a Onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $55,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling experience
• Organized and comfortable engaging in conventions and trade shows
• A true sales personality with a high drive for growth and success
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business for pharma products
• Make 25+ outbound calls daily to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and related contacts
• Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and set meetings for sales leaders
• Communicate product value propositions effectively, emphasizing medication solutions designed to improve patient adherence
• Represent the company professionally in calls, written outreach, meetings, and industry events
• Serve as a natural leader and pace-setter for junior team members by demonstrating urgency, professionalism, and activity
