NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Legal & Agency Placement Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $65,000 – $72,000 (depending on experience) monthly potential with a $1,000 commission

REQUIREMENTS:
• Paralegal or legal assistant experience
• Very strong Excel skills
• Heavy daily Excel administrative work
• Ability to manage portfolios, law firms, and KPIs
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing volume and pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage debt portfolios and coordinate with external law firms
• Track portfolios, agencies, law firms, and KPIs
• Oversee performance, compliance, and revenue impact
• Act as the right hand to leadership
• Remove work from leadership by handling tasks independently
