NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $83,000 – $104,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., EIA-649, MIL-STD-HDBK 61)
• Experience developing and analyzing reports and metrics
• History of working on Department of Defense (DoD) contracts
• Ability to read and understand contract documents
• Experience in design review, design release, and change management
• Experience reviewing and processing contract deliverables
• Ability to process engineering documentation and drawings, including change control
• Coordination skills with other disciplines for configuration data management
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks
• Proficiency with version control tools
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the configuration management department in managing end item configuration documentation, including contract deliverables, software, and BOM data
• Use configuration management tools and communicate status via reports and metrics
• Review and process contract deliverables against requirements
• Process engineering documentation, drawings, and change requests
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support configuration data management
• Prioritize and organize task responsibilities effectively
• Maintain and utilize version control systems
• Generate reports and metrics to track configuration status
