NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our client’s team in Plano, TX. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $60-$65/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience leading enterprise technology projects.
- Proven experience supporting Infrastructure, Security, and Application Development teams simultaneously.
- Strong background leading complex integration and automation initiatives.
- Experience coordinating distributed teams across U.S. and offshore resources.
- Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand infrastructure, application architecture, APIs, integrations, and security concepts.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Scrum practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation and integration initiatives
• Coordinate efforts across different technical teams, including offshore resources
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate project progress and blockers to stakeholders
• Attend and participate in early morning meetings as scheduled
