NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Organizational Change Management Lead (ERP / Salesforce Transformation) to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, contract position.
SALARY: $85 – $95 hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in training, communication, change management, and process building across multiple companies and locations
• Transferable M&A experience applicable across various projects
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation efforts
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and executive communication skills
• Experience working with phased deployments and ERP implementations, preferably NetSuite
• Salesforce transformation experience
• Background in private equity portfolio companies and multi-company/multi-business-unit deployments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and update change management strategy and roadmaps aligned with deployment phases
• Identify and review organizational impacts across all business functions
• Partner with executives and leaders to coach, communicate, and develop leadership tools
• Manage stakeholder analysis, engagement plans, and build a network of change champions
• Create and execute communications strategies, including executive updates and employee messaging
• Own training strategy, coordinate development, and define audiences and schedules
• Conduct readiness assessments, define metrics, and measure adoption and organizational risks
• Support Go-Live activities, including business readiness, hypercare, and post-deployment adoption monitoring
• Transfer ownership to internal leaders and build reusable change management playbooks for future projects
