NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Workforce Project Manager to join our client’s team in Sacramento, CA. This is an Onsite Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $90,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience) + 3-5% bonus

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of software project management experience
• 5+ years of Workforce Development, WOTC, or Corrections experience
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query techniques
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• PMP certification is required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and execute project plans for software development initiatives
• Coordinate with design, engineering, QA, vendors, and clients to meet project milestones
• Develop and maintain accurate project status, including risks and issues, and communicate updates
• Oversee delivery of development and production releases ensuring quality standards are met
• Collaborate with technical teams to specify design and development tasks
• Assist in creating test plans and reviewing deliverables before client delivery
• Facilitate team and client meetings, ensuring clear communication of project progress and issues
• Support client interactions, including monitoring incidents, change requests, and questions
• Provide training support and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction
