NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Systems Administrator to join our client’s team in Saint Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite direct hire position.
SALARY: $120,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years of experience administering cloud business systems and SaaS applications in roles such as business systems administrator or analyst
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration, including roles, permissions, workflows, custom records, and CSV imports
• Experience administering a Microsoft cloud environment, including Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365—user management, licensing, groups, and access controls
• Experience managing integrations between cloud applications using Celigo or comparable iPaaS, troubleshooting data flows end-to-end
• Knowledge of core business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) in ERP systems
• Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance productivity and troubleshoot system issues
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer and optimize the NetSuite ERP environment, including roles, permissions, workflows, and custom fields
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations across platforms using Celigo, ensuring data flow accuracy and resolving errors
• Support connected applications like Shopify, Zendesk, Smartsheet, and Expensify, including configuration, user provisioning, and issue resolution
• Oversee user lifecycle management within Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SSO/SAML access controls
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and implement system configurations, automations, and improvements
• Lead evaluation, pilot, and adoption of AI features within NetSuite, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365 in partnership with AI initiative teams
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches for data-driven decision-making
• Troubleshoot IT and business systems issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate when necessary
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell or similar) to streamline user management and routine tasks
• Document system configurations, integrations, and business processes
