NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $48 – $58hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong accounting knowledge (GAAP, accruals, month-end close)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (executive-level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as the primary financial partner to CIO, IT VPs, and Finance team
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of IT’s financial portfolio, including software, hardware, projects, expenses, and vendor spend
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for IT operations
• Monitor and report on actual IT spend versus budgets regularly
• Analyze vendor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support vendor contract evaluations
• Reconcile invoices to Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, and contractual terms
• Partner with Corporate Finance to ensure correct cost allocations and proper accounting treatment
• Build and improve financial reports and dashboards for IT leadership
• Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline financial processes and reporting
• Manage and analyze vendor invoices and contractor payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
