NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $60,000 – $75,000K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Up to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruiting, or Employee Relations roles
- Solid understanding of HR functions, employment law, and compensation practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity or similar
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS and ATS experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Personal development plans for PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support HR leadership and partner with business leaders on HR initiatives
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts
- Prepare offer letters, conduct pre-employment screenings, and manage onboarding documentation
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as leave administration, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and provide workforce data reports
- Respond to employee and leadership inquiries related to policies, benefits, and engagement
- Participate in and lead HR initiatives to improve policies, processes, and employee experience
- Support inclusive organizational culture efforts
