NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Inside Sales and Support Representative to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite direct hire position.
SALARY: $60,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven successful inside sales experience (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adequate proficiency with web-based applications (e.g., Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid and current driver’s license and ability to drive a car
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 10%
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute rental sales strategies with the Sales Manager
• Support external account sales and internal rental processes
• Maintain proper documentation for all transactions including sales orders, BOLs, contracts, titles, invoices, purchase orders, and insurance
• Manage truck delivery date expectations proactively with customers
• Build direct sales relationships through prospecting and inbound calls
• Execute inbound and outbound prospecting calls
• Represent the company at industry functions and trade shows occasionally
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and dialing quotas
• Achieve group fleet utilization and sales targets quarterly
• Use Salesforce for communication, organization, and documentation of sales efforts
• Understand and coordinate the connectivity between Sales, Operations, and Finance & Administration teams
• Participate in weekly team and departmental meetings
