NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract-to-hire position.
SALARY: $57-70hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 6–10 years of experience developing consumer and enterprise applications for iOS, Android, and web
• 6–10 years of experience using Flutter, Dart, and Typescript/JavaScript in full-stack development
• Experience with cloud platforms and PaaS/FaaS architectures, preferably Google Cloud Platform and Firebase
• Strong ownership mentality, proactive communication, and responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop new features and enhance existing portal and applications
• Lead the design and build of cross-platform apps for iOS, Android, and web using Flutter and Google Cloud services
• Manage the full lifecycle of features—from design through testing, debugging, and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into functional, user-friendly software
• Work on integrating and leveraging AI workflows, including Agentic AI and Google AI platforms
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
• Ensure high-quality code with automated testing and monitoring
