NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a SSO Support Coordinator to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $55-$60/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of program management experience
• Experience working in banking or financial institutions
• Proven ability to create and drive execution of program plans
• Agile methodology experience
• Experience with Predictive Frameworks is highly desired
• PMP Certification is required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and support client product lines with single sign-on (SSO) functionality
• Interact with vendors and clients to facilitate transition from existing to new SSO solutions
• Attend all SSO-related meetings involving products, clients, and vendors
• Manage support questions from technical teams with assistance from internal support groups
• Coordinate testing with relevant stakeholders including clients, vendors, and technical teams
• Convert technical documentation based on project guides and ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain and organize documentation for client access and technical specifications
• Support client communication on SSO availability, support channels, and certificate processes
• Track and address client and vendor questions regarding SSO
• Work with vendors and credit unions interested in SSO development, coordinating efforts with internal technical teams
• Assist in certificate acquisition and related technical support activities
