NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $158,000 – $175,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement)
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration Services
• Expertise in API development, SQL, middleware integration, and data migration tools
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM integration, custom reporting, X++ coding, and business process automation
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Dynamics 365 administration expertise in a cloud-hosted environment
• Lead architecture and solution design, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations
• Optimize, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 systems
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems including CRM, MES, Workday, LMS, and other platforms via APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools
• Manage routine admin tasks such as user accounts, security, software releases, and package deployment
• Collaborate with IT, hardware, data services, and vendors for smooth system operations and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with CSV and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations for electronic records and signatures
• Troubleshoot errors, evaluate data, and ensure data integrity within systems
• Support cross-functional project delivery on time and within scope
• Maintain system scalability, security, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards
