NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Charitable Endowment Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of administrative support experience
• Strong data entry skills with a minimum of 5,500 keystrokes per hour and 85% accuracy, verified via assessment
• Ability to complete and attach data entry assessment results with application
• Understanding of office procedures, practices, and administrative support functions
• Familiarity with basic investment principles and financial market terminology
• Awareness of investment products and charitable giving concepts
• Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and background check, with full disclosure of past issues if applicable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enter and verify data accurately and efficiently to meet performance goals
• Review and support departmental reports for accuracy and completeness
• Manage email correspondence professionally, demonstrating clear communication skills
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of daily tasks
• Process transactions such as new account setups, contributions, approvals, and ongoing account maintenance
• Support assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion
• Maintain attention to detail while adhering to deadlines
