NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Lead Sourcing Analyst to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $32-$37.75 an hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4-6 years of recent experience handling a high volume of MSAs and SOW agreements
• Experience with sourcing (competitive bidding), contracting principles, processes, governance, and negotiations
• Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with managers, legal, and risk teams to handle MSAs and SOWs for various services
• Manage sourcing activities by category, business unit, product, and service area
• Participate in meetings with business clients to prioritize engagement, develop requirements, and identify purchasing channels
• Communicate policies, processes, and updates to stakeholders
• Assist with developing and reviewing contracts, statements of work, and service level agreements
• Identify and recommend alternative sources of supply
• Develop and execute initiatives such as data gathering, supplier qualification, and bids
• Lead or participate in supplier negotiations and review contracts
• Collaborate with analytics teams to maintain supply market profiles and supplier data
• Analyze agreements to support business operations
• Evaluate supplier proposals and develop contractual pricing models
• Perform detailed contract analysis to mitigate risks and control costs
