NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Application Developer to join our client’s team in Clearwater, Florida. This is an onsite contract-to-hire position.
SALARY: $55.00 – $57.00 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, WPF, Windows Forms, WCF, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to work across both desktop/client-server applications and modern web applications
- Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes
- Experience supporting and maintaining existing applications and troubleshooting issues
- Ability to move seamlessly between C# and VB.NET codebases
- Team player with high energy and independent support capabilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
- Work across desktop and web applications, ensuring smooth integration and performance
- Analyze existing applications, implement enhancements, and resolve issues with minimal disruption
- Support modernization efforts, transitioning legacy applications to web-based solutions
- Develop modern web interfaces with Microsoft Blazor, focusing on responsiveness and usability
- Support and enhance Windows-based applications using WPF and Windows Forms
- Develop and maintain web services using WCF and RESTful APIs
- Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance for Microsoft SQL Server
- Troubleshoot issues spanning application, service/API, and database layers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain code quality, participate in code reviews, and adhere to development standards
