NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Associate Advisory & Managed New Accounts to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $28-$32 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience handling complex customer inquiries and case management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to navigate customer management systems and databases
• Comfort with analyzing data and providing appropriate recommendations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience working in a financial services or wealth management environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle a range of customer inquiries, including complex or atypical cases
• Contact internal and external stakeholders to convey requests or gather information
• Screen visitors, respond to routine questions, and direct requests as needed
• Support document management tasks, such as creating and maintaining files and records
• Organize own workload to meet deadlines and coordinate with support teams
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Develop technical skills through ongoing training and assessments
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions to enhance service quality
