NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a CRM Campaign Segmentation Analyst to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid (remote/onsite) contract position.
SALARY: $38/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Database Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of CRM / audience segmentation experience
- Strong SQL or similar querying skills
- Experience with a CDP or campaign orchestration platform — Simon CDP preferred
- Hands-on experience building targeted audiences for multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, app, direct mail)
- Power BI or Tableau experience
- Strong QA and attention to detail with campaign files and data
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and deliver accurate audience files across multiple channels using the Simon CDP platform
- Create reports to support operational, strategic, and business initiatives
- Conduct QA testing on segments, flows, and output files to ensure accuracy and performance
- Build reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and investigate data issues
- Maintain campaign calendars and file deadlines
- Ensure all campaign data files are securely delivered and archived
- QA all data files for accuracy before delivery
