NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an IAM Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven attention to detail
• Effective time and queue management skills
• Strong security awareness
• Customer-focused, collaborative service approach
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• ServiceNow experience or familiarity
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use ServiceNow ticketing system to create, track, and manage user access requests and incidents
• Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded and clients follow service procedures
• Securely provision user access based on role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles
• Assist with large group account setups for training and projects
• Support IT compliance and attestation projects
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Update departmental SOPs and document new processes
• Act as an on-call resource for incident response and operational tasks
