NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Collateral Exception and Administration Specialist to join our client’s team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a Onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $30-$34 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in technical customer success, implementation, project management, or related roles within SaaS or software onboarding.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Experience in hands-on software implementation projects for medium to large organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Collected and organized data to support business goals, and evaluate solutions considering benefits and costs.
- Proficient in using standard office software, reporting tools, and business systems.
- Ability to work independently and support project readiness, testing, and implementation activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer success.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Act as a project manager to coordinate timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and execute client success and onboarding plans.
- Conduct online webinars, consultations, and demos to educate clients on product features.
- Connect customer goals with solutions and provide technical guidance.
- Support internal projects aiming to improve processes and customer experience.
- Document and communicate client feedback to influence product development efforts.
