NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Capital Access Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid contract position.
SALARY: $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of client services experience
• Comfortable spending significant time answering inbound calls from financial advisors and internal partners
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new systems
• Customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others and resolve issues
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle inbound calls from financial advisors and internal partners, providing accurate and efficient support
• Process routine operational requests and transactions following established guidelines
• Review and update account information across multiple systems with high accuracy
• Identify and escalate potential risks, discrepancies, or exceptions as needed
• Deliver a service-first experience in all interactions with advisors and clients
• Manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training, huddles, and meetings
• Follow documented best practices and adapt to process updates
