NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a PPC & AI Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team in Miami, FL. This is a remote position (may travel 1-3 times per year).
SALARY: $120,000 – $135,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience, with a focus on lead generation
• Experience working in marketing agencies
• Heavy use of AI to improve PPC workflows and performance
• Experience managing campaigns for law firms or local service businesses with Google Business Profiles
• Demonstrated success with competitive, high-intent local search campaigns
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads in competitive local markets
• Develop and implement campaign structures, keyword strategies, bidding tactics, and testing frameworks
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on data insights
• Utilize AI tools daily to automate workflows and enhance decision-making
• Experiment with new AI-powered methods for campaign creation, analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate PPC workflows into scalable technology solutions
• Lead and mentor the PPC team, establishing best practices and reviewing campaign performance
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking across platforms and optimize toward qualified leads
• Manage and forecast paid search budgets, balancing growth with efficiency
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, building new processes as needed, and actively solving problems
