NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an Onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $23–$26/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience supporting internal employees via phone and email
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented; able to document and maintain accurate notes/records
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to phone/email inquiries and support internal teams with account-related questions
• Assist with account opening and ongoing account maintenance activities
• Enforce required documentation standards to support regulatory and policy compliance (e.g., KYC/AML)
• Review issues, analyze information, and take appropriate corrective action within defined guidelines
• Run and process routine reports; follow up to resolve outstanding account issues
• Maintain thorough notes so requests are tracked and completed on time
• Support team projects, documentation, analysis, and testing as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and procedures; provide suggestions to leadership
• Complete daily work with a focus on accuracy and completeness
• Cross-train and assist with other operational tasks as assigned
