NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter – Operations to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $24-35/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of high-volume HR recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for property management, construction, or hospitality industries preferred
- Proficiency with MS Excel and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Property Managers, Technicians, Janitorial Staff, Groundskeepers, and AP/AR positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting data using MS Excel and SharePoint
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support recruiting efforts related to company growth and acquisitions
