NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Corporate Accountant – Billing Specialist to join our client’s team in Kissimmee, FL. This is an Onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $30–$40/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of corporate accounting and billing experience
• Strong experience with invoice processing, billing administration, account reconciliations, and maintaining financial records across multiple systems
• Working knowledge of billing workflows, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Caliber and Strongroom preferred, not required); comfort working across multiple accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail; dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and process recurring invoices and account adjustments with a high degree of accuracy
• Enter and reconcile financial transactions across accounting systems
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and required approvals
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account variances
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Support bank/account reconciliations, month-end close, and routine accounting reporting
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve billing and payment questions
• Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with established procedures and policies
