NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Corporate Action Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Hybrid Contract position.
SALARY: $25–$28 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of financial services and/or high-volume processing experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets for reporting/analysis)
• Strong numerical aptitude with ability to perform calculations and basic report analysis
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Produce, update, and maintain documents, databases, and department tracking tools (Microsoft Office and related systems)
• Execute day-to-day operational tasks by following established procedures and adjusting parameters to meet quality/accuracy standards
• Prepare routine correspondence and reports using standard office software
• Create, organize, and maintain files/records for leaders and key stakeholders
• Support internal stakeholder relationships by coordinating information and ensuring timely follow-through
• Review routine requests for compliance with established standards and protocols
• Assist with data management activities, including entry, updates, validation, and reconciliation
• Follow required policies, procedures, and applicable codes of conduct to ensure work meets standards
• Continuously build process and technical skills through training, coaching, and development activities
