NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist – Marketing to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $160 -180K(depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of Data Science experience
• 3+ years focused on Marketing Science
• Hands-on experience developing production-ready machine learning models from scratch
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency
• Experience with modern ML frameworks (XGBoost, LightGBM, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch)
• Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling and Attribution Modeling
• Ability to effectively communicate technical findings to business leaders
• Master’s degree (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and deploy marketing machine learning models from start to finish
• Develop attribution and measurement frameworks to optimize marketing ROI and spend
• Partner with data science and marketing leaders to align model development with business goals
• Present insights and recommendations to executive and business stakeholders
• Drive analysis around key metrics such as Total Transaction Value (TTV)
• Own the full lifecycle of model development, from design to deployment and reporting
