NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Enterprise Hospitality Account Executive to join our client’s team in Burbank, CA. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $90,000–$120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- Proven success in selling into the hospitality industry
- Experience selling manufactured products, commercial furniture, architectural/products, or other physical goods
- Existing relationships with hotel ownership groups, developers, procurement firms, or design firms
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for opening new enterprise accounts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and develop new enterprise hospitality accounts across North America
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Develop strategic partnerships with hotel ownership groups, management companies, and brands
- Lead consultative conversations for custom manufacturing solutions
- Articulate the company’s product catalog and promote regional, on-demand manufacturing advantages
- Collaborate with engineering to develop customer-specific solutions
- Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise negotiations and close high-value contracts
- Expand accounts into multi-property and portfolio-wide opportunities
