NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Inside Sales & Sales Support Representative to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $70,000–$75,000 base (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Professional, polished communicator with strong customer-facing presence
• Proactive, driven self-starter with strong work ethic and desire to learn/grow
• Comfortable in a true inside-sales environment (desk-based, heavy phone work, cross-team collaboration)
• 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, and/or customer-facing experience (minimum)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to process paperwork accurately while juggling multiple priorities
• Proficient with CRM and web-based tools (e.g., Salesforce) plus Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with the Sales Manager to execute rental sales strategy
• Support outside sales reps with internal rental and sales support processes
• Manage and work a pipeline of inbound leads (approximately 25/week)
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and close opportunities
• Coordinate and track documentation (e.g., sales orders, BOLs, contracts, titles, invoices, purchase orders, insurance)
• Balance day-to-day customer service needs with individual sales activity
• Work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment (sales + processing + support)
